Starting out... Again...

      So I've been training in some form or another for about the last 10years. I've gone from 160lbs endurance type athlete to a 245lbs powerlifter. I currently walk around at about 215lbs-220lbs and a 10-12% bodyfat. the goal now is to get to about 185lbs-195lbs but maintain (actually increase haha) strength and increase endurance. The main goal now is to become as absolutely athletic as possible, finding the best cross between strength/endurance/agility/power that I can. Everything will be geared toward function (with a hope that form follows.) 
       I'll use this space to give updates on goals/accomplishments, reviews (what I've found to work or not), progress pics, diet info, so on and so forth. The main purpose however is to keep myself accountable and not get lazy.
